Booking and Payments
You may arrive on the start date of your reservation no earlier than 4:00 PM.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the departure date.
If there is no booking overlap, alternative check-in/out times may be arranged upon request.
The reservation/security deposit must be paid immediately upon booking.
For short-term rentals, the full amount is due at least 30 days before the rental begins.
For bookings longer than 91 days, monthly payments are possible.
No. All reservations are fixed-term, and the total amount must be paid regardless of early departure.

The Apartment
Yes. All apartments are furnished and equipped with bedding, towels, and kitchenware — at least one set per sleeping place.
No. Smoking is prohibited inside all our rental properties.
Pet policies are listed in each apartment’s description.
Generally, one pet is allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No alterations (e.g., hanging pictures) are allowed without permission.
If you move or rearrange furniture, a penalty fee will apply.
Reservation Management
Once you pay the 23% reservation fee, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.
You have 48 hours to pay, either by card or SEPA transfer, or your booking will be canceled.
No. Subletting or transferring the rental to a third party without written consent is prohibited.
If there are no subsequent bookings, it may be possible to extend your stay with a separate agreement.
If canceled before the rental starts, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
During Your Stay
Contact our representative immediately.
We will arrange for repairs or replacements as soon as possible.
If damages are due to tenant negligence, you will be liable for the costs.
Before departure:
Remove any opened food items
Wash the dishes
Empty the fridge and freezer
Clean small appliances
Take out the trash
No. Final cleaning must be ordered through us to ensure quality.
However, tenants must maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay.
Included:
- Wiping surfaces and floors
- Washing one set of bed linen and towels per person
- Cleaning sanitary facilities
- Vacuuming
Not included:
- Washing dishes
- Removing trash or food items
Extra cleaning charges: €50 per starting hour + laundry costs (carpets, mattresses, curtains, etc.).

The maximum rental period is 11 months.

The minimum rental period is 11 nights, but you can start and end your rental on any day.

Pools are open according to the posted schedules (usually found on-site).
Note: Pools may be closed during winter, and we cannot guarantee availability or be responsible for maintenance work.
All apartments have Wi-Fi connections.
Connecting your own device is at your own risk.
Our representative will meet you at an agreed time to hand over the keys and give you a tour of the apartment.
Payment of the reservation fee is considered commitment to the rental agreement.
